    After losing Kemba Walker in free agency, the table in Charlotte is set for a rebuild and the front office is making a seismic shift in their approach to roster building.
    “If there is a master plan, it is to transition from a team built around a superstar to a team built around our young players and a style of play,” General Manager Mitch Kupchak said (via Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer ).

    Hornets president of basketball operations Mitch Kupchak tells Rick Bonnell of The Charlotte Observer that the team was somewhat blindsided by Kemba Walker earning All-NBA honors and becoming eligible for a super-max contract earlier this year.
