    The Toronto Blue Jays have offered a contract to free-agent reliever Sergio Romo , sources told Jon Morosi of MLB Network. The Texas Rangers and Minnesota Twins have also shown interest in the 11-year veteran, with both looking at a minor-league deal for Romo, Morosi adds. It was first reported last week that the Jays were interested in the 35-year-old. Romo, a one-time All-Star and three-time World Series champion, appeared in 73 games last season with the Tampa Bay Rays.
